Description

Cornus alba ‘Sibirica’ (Siberian Dogwood or Red-barked dogwood) makes a dense thicket of slender stems 2-3m (7 to 10ft) high. They often spread twice that size, with lower suckering branches.

In spring and summer the red twig dogwood bear small clusters of creamy yellow flowers, followed by pea-sized white or blue fruits.

It tolerates a great range of soil types.

Should be cut back annually almost to ground level. This will encourage new growths, wich have the best color.
