At dearplants.com we guarantee to send you high quality, top condition products. We also do our best to package and protect everything so that it doesn’t get damaged on its way. However, if you do have a problem, this page describes what to do:

Faulty or incorrect products
If for any reason, you receive a faulty item from us or we sent you something you hadn’t ordered please note that you have 14 days to return it.
Please contact our customer service team who will be able to assist you with the returns.
Damaged or Defective products
If you receive a product that is in bad condition or damaged in transit when you receive it, contact customer service immediately.
We will then ask you to send us photographs so that there is no doubt as to the condition on arrival with you.
Bear in mind that plants look different depending on what season they are.
You can return the product in its original packaging within 14 days and either get a replacement or a refund.
You can cancel an order that wasn’t yet dispatched. To do so, please contact our customer service with details of the order you are cancelling.
You can return anything you’re not happy with within 14 days of receiving, simply contact our customer service. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Then, return it to us in its original condition, in its original packaging with similar packaging conditions.
We do not pay the return costs.
For your protection, we recommend you use a tracked registered delivery service to return things.
The products are under your responsibility until we receive them.
If the product has been used, damaged or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to retain a percentage of the refund value.
