It has many cherry trees of different varieties and constitutes itself as a true Japanese garden. Since you have to pay to get in, it turns out to be a very quiet place, not crowded.

About 800 trees, illuminated at night, border the river, which looks like a canal in the middle of the city. It is a good place to stroll since it does not offer great space for parties. In the area you can find several shops, cafes and restaurants.
